<h3>Collistar: Wie alles begann!</h3>
Der grosse italienische Pharmakonzern Zambeletti S.p.A. baute 1983 eine Kosmetikabteilung auf und schuf damit die Grundlage von Collistar, welches sich in der Folgezeit zu einer erfolgreichen internationalen Beauty-Marke und zur führenden Beauty-Marke Italiens entwickelt hat. Ab etwa 1997 startete Collistar die Expansion in Europa, erreichte später den Mittleren und Fernen Osten, gelangte 2012 nach China und dann auch nach Südamerika.
Verkauft werden Collistar-Produkte in einer ganzen Reihe von Ländern unter anderem in eigenen Ladenlokalen. Eine wichtige Rolle beim Erfolg der Marke spielte die Italienerin Daniela Sacerdote. Unter ihrer Führung entwickelte Collistar unter anderem ein innovativer und gern gekaufter Bräunungspuder. Effiziente Anti-Cellulite-Produkte von Collistar sind ebenfalls berühmt geworden.
<h3>Weltweit erfolgreich. In Italien verwurzelt. </h3>
Als weltweit erfolgreiche Marke ist Collistar global ausgerichtet und zugleich nach wie vor in Italien verwurzelt. Das zeigte sich beispielsweise 2014 bei dem Projekt „Ti amo Italia“. Im Rahmen dieses Projekts finanzierte Collistar unter anderem eine Forschungsarbeit in Kooperation mit der Universität Siena. Thema der Arbeit waren die Wirkstoffe von Pflanzen, die in Italien heimisch sind.
Collistar verstand das Projekt nicht zuletzt als eine „Verneigung vor der wunderbaren Schönheit“ der italienischen Regionen, „vor der immensen, tausendjährigen Kultur“ sowie „der Genialität, Kreativität und Leidenschaft“ der Menschen Italiens. Nach wie vor engagiert sich das Unternehmen dafür, „seine Produkte komplett in Italien zu kreieren“.
<h3>Collistar: immer wieder innovativ</h3>
Neben dem bereits erwähnten Bräunungspuder, das Collistar laut eigener Angaben als erster Hersteller „in Kompaktform“ und nicht als Pulver herausgebracht hat, gibt es weitere Beispiele für Innovationen der Marke. Dazu gehören beispielsweise ein superbräunendes und für den Zerstäuber geeignetes Wasser sowie Thalasso-Scrub. Es ist laut Collistar das erste Peeling gewesen, das auf Meersalzen und ätherischen Ölen basiert.
Collistar bietet seinen KundInnen heute Produkte, die unterschiedlichste Aufgaben in den Bereichen Beauty und Pflege übernehmen können.
