The Colours Starter Kit is ideal for practice purposes in vocational schools and for anyone working with RefectoCil® eyebrow and eyelash colours for the first time.

Product line	RefectoCil Colors

Preparation and cleaning of the eye area - Mix 2 cm of colour 1:1 (15 drops) RefectoCil® Oxidant 3% cream to a creamy paste and apply immediately to eyebrows and eyelashes - Leave on for 5 - 10 minutes - Remove with clear water and cotton pads If RefectoCil® Blonde Brow is used beforehand, the application time is reduced to 1 - 5 minutes, with Eyelash Curl or Eyelash Lift to 2 minutes.
