The Swedish brand Tanrevel has set itself the task of redefining your self-tanning routine. Founded in 2018, the brand combines skincare and technology. Tanrevel self-tanners use vegan PETA-certified products in combination with vapour-based technology. This gives you a skin-enhancing, sun-kissed look at the touch of a button, without being directly exposed to UV rays.

If you prefer a more traditional look, Tanrevel also offers self-tanners in the form of mousse. All Tanrevel self-tanners are available in different shades. So that you can also give dark skin a freshness boost. And best of all, the self-tanners provide your skin with plenty of moisture and vitamins A, C and E, which protect your skin from signs of ageing. 

As with so many things in life, preparation is the be-all and end-all when it comes to spray tan. After all, you want an even result without streaks or spots. To achieve this, it is important that you exfoliate at least 24 hours before using your Tanrevel self-tanner. This ensures that dead skin cells are removed and the skin becomes wonderfully smooth. Moisturise your skin after exfoliating. 

Important: Your Tanrevel Pro also needs to prepare for the treatment. Make sure the device is fully charged when you are ready to start. 

The Tanrevel Spray Tan Kit Pro contains the Spray Tan Pro device and the Tanrevel Spray Tan Formula Dark Cool in 80 ml. Before you start, fill about two pipettes of the self-tanner into the top of the device. You will see that you will only need a few drops. 

Now you can get started. At the touch of a button, the atomiser sprays a very fine mist, which you apply directly to the skin. Make sure you keep a distance of 30 to 40 centimetres. This way, you distribute the Tanrevel self-tanner evenly over the desired areas. A very fine, thin layer is absolutely sufficient.

Don't use too much product in one step. You can build up the Tanrevel self-tanner step by step - i.e. layer it - to achieve a darker and more intense colour. To do this, it is important that you allow the individual layers to absorb well before spraying on the next layer. Carolina has already seen such a great effect with one layer that she stuck with it for the time being so as not to overdo it and to achieve a tan that looks as natural as possible. 

Have you achieved the result you wanted and want to keep it that way? Then you're probably wondering: When can I shower again after Tanrevel? Carolina left the product on for six hours before showering. Her tip: ‘Just put on light, dark clothes and carry on with your day as usual.’ There were no stains on the furniture or her clothes. 

Don't have that much time? No problem! You can use moisturisers or apply make-up after just two hours. By the way, you wash off all excess colour from your body while showering. Don't be alarmed. The product is guaranteed not to leave any traces in your shower.
